Enhanced Protected Transformers (EPTs) deliver advanced safety and reliability where traditional distribution transformers may not provide sufficient protection. 

Engineered be installed closer to buildings, making them ideal for space-constrained urban environments and critical infrastructure our EPTs feature pressure-resistant tanks with a greater ability to withstand internal faults without rupturing and Cargill FR-3 natural ester dielectric fluid or Midel 7131 synethic ester dielectric fluid, both with a high fire point (over 300°C) to significantly reduce fire and environmental risk, ensuring compliance with key safety standards like AS2067.

Reduced clearance requirements allow for flexible, space-efficient installation—even in urban precincts and confined sites like data centres. Available in standard and custom configurations, our EPTs are tailored to meet demanding site, load, and compliance requirements with confidence.
